Services & Payment Methods
Premiumsoft offers products for customers with same or different payment methods, currency or prices.
As the approved and authorized reseller we can sell the premium accounts to customers from India, USA, UK, Germany, Switzerland and remaining countries all over the world. For Indian customers we offer local Payment methods – Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, RTGS, EMI, Cash Deposit In BanK. For the customers across the world we do have standard global payment methods – AlertPay, PayPal, Moneybookers. Please note that we have all the rights to change any of our Payment methods and selling prices at any time we want without any notice.
Processing of Orders
Processing of orders depends upon the payment method that the customer has selected to pay for the premium account. If the customer has opted a gloabl payment mode like PayPal/AlertPay/MoneyBookers/Credit Card/Debit Card then the order will be processed immediately after the payment is completed. The product information will be delivered instantly (but may differ by case to case and by circumstances). This information will be sent to the customer’s registered email address and the same could be found in their Client Area. If the customer has opted for a local payment method like Cash Deposit In Bank/Net Banking facility then the customer should send an email to [email protected] or the customer should login in to their Client Area and follow the steps listed to notify the admin about the payment completion. Once any one of the above is done our system will verify the payment and the product information will be sent to the customer’s registered email address and the same could be found in their Client Area. Please note that the total time for processing a purchase order completed using the local payment mode would vary from 5 minutes to 12Hours (sometimes 24 to 48 hours).
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Depending upon the case and account status we are ready to cancel an order and refunds will be done accordingly. Customers can cancel their orders by writing an email [email protected] or by using the Cancel Purchase Order option in My Orders area. If the customer has an issue with the order or has not received an order within 48 hours, the customers are requested to contact us within 7 business days (excluding Saturday and Sundays). Any complaints received after the stipulated 7 business days will be entertained subjected to the sole decision of the Premiumsoft.cc and its team.

When You use Payop services provided by Paydo Financial USA INC (hereinafter referred to as the “Payop”) to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over Your (Buyer’s) purchase will first be transferred to Payop before it is delivered to You and accepting Payop Merchant terms and purchase terms
